Yes, I know what your thinking... Winter 2015? Yes, but before you judge me let me explain.My decision to make this post After the winter/holiday season is for a few reasons: 

• Partially because I already had a couple already swatched and ready to go but I didn't want to post them each separately(it would take forever)
• A lot of the polishes are re-promotes from previous collections and can still be found in stores or are apart of the core collection
• And the most important reason I need to get these untrieds swatched and posted!

Color: Soft Silver with lilac microflakies

Formula: Frost 

Finish: Semi gloss

Coverage: 2 coats

It's hard to catch in pictures but the subtle lilac microflakies gives the polish a bit of a purple glow to it. It has a perfect consistency but because it's a frost it can show visible brush strokes if your not careful.

Blue By You

2 coats of Sinful Colors Blue By  You

Color: Blue

Formula: Crelly with blue/turquoise glass fleck shimmer

Finish: Semi Matte

Coverage: 2 coats

Beautiful electric blue with an awesome blue/turquoise glass fleck gives it a really unique shine that makes it really pop on my nails. Love it.

Sinful Colors Blue By You

Gold Medal

2 coats of Sinful Colors Gold Medal

Color: Gold

Formula: Metallic Frost

Finish: Semi Matte

Coverage: 2 coats but wearable in 1
 Brush strokes are very visible, gives a pretty brushed metal look

Holiday Rebel

1 coat of Sinful Colors Holiday Rebel

Color: Red, Green and Holographic Silver

Formula: Topper with Clear Base with Green micro and small hex glitter, small and medium red hex glitter, medium sliver holographic hex glitter

Coverage: 1 coat

Beautiful depth  because of the flakies. The effect reminds me of a flickering flame

Hi Guys!

Today I am swatching Essie Starry Starry Night( aka SSN) from the Retro Revival Collection. The original SSN came out in 1997 way before I was into nail polish. But it seems to be a really big deal in the nail community and the original has gone for $100+ on Ebay. So that being said once the Retro Revival Collection came out I had to grab it and try it out.

2 Coats of Essie Starry Starry Night

Here's the polish stats:

Color: Royal Blue with tiny silver round glitter

Formula: Jelly

Finish: Very shiny glossy finish

Coverage: Pictured is 2 thin coats which gave me deep royal blue but it is wearable in 1 coat if you want a bright blue. 

Essie Starry Starry Night from Retro Revival Collection

 I've seen a couple of comparisons between the original and the retro release so I knew they wouldn't be identical but I was still really happy with it. The formula had a great consistency, quick drying and a beautiful shine. The jelly formula and the way the glitters settle gives the polish so much depth. I don't have many jellies in my collection so I was happy went I spotted it on display at my local Walgreen.

This is my first time trying out the Bonita polish line and I have to say I'm super excited. I seen a few of their polishes swatch online and the colors have always been so pretty and I've wanted to try them out for awhile, so when I saw them I had to grab them up. Now on to the swatches!

Notes: Brush strokes are very visible, stamps well

Overall: Collection has a great formula that's easy to work with and goes on very smooth. The colors all have a great shimmer and glowiness to them. I picked them up from my local Kmart for about $2.50 each. I was very happy with the quality of the polish and  would definately buy from them again. My favorite is Made to Envy, which color do you like the best?

Interstellar 

Color: Deep royal purple with micro silver holographic and blue purple iridescent 

fuchsia micro shimmer

Formula: Thicker formula (a bit harder to work with)
Finish: Drys to a semi gloss 
Coverage: 2 thick and 3 thin coats
Notes: Not a fan of the formula but the color is awesome so its worth the trouble

Snow and Teal

Color: Pale mint green with green/yellow/orange iridescent and 
a touch of blue/purple iridescent

Formula: Thicker formula

Finish: Drys to a semi gloss has a frosty pearl look 

 Coverage: 2 thick and 3 thin coats (with nail line still slightly visible)

Starlet Fever

Color: Pink with yellow/green iridescent micro and medium sized glitter

Formula: Smooth easy to work

Notes: Very sheer better as a topper
